Yes, all prices shown on our website include 21% VAT for EU customers. For orders shipped outside the EU, VAT is automatically removed at checkout. Please note that non-EU orders may be subject to local import duties.

Yes, all GLOGGLZ sunglasses come with a 1-year warranty against manufacturing defects. This covers issues with the frame, hinges, and lens coatings under normal use. Accidental damage and normal wear are not covered.

Once we receive and inspect your return, refunds are processed within 5 business days. The refund will be credited to your original payment method. Please allow an additional 2–5 business days for the refund to appear on your statement.

Rinse your lenses under lukewarm water to remove sand and salt, then gently dry with the included microfiber cloth. Avoid using paper towels, clothing, or household cleaners as these can damage the lens coating.

Currently we don't offer replacement lenses separately. If your lenses are damaged under warranty conditions, please contact us and we'll help you find a solution.

The strap is made from durable neoprene. Rinse it with fresh water after saltwater use and allow it to air dry. Avoid machine washing or using harsh chemicals.
