Privacy policy

1. What we process and why

Orders: name, address, email address, phone number and order details. We need these to deliver your order, process payment, send order updates and handle returns and warranty.

Account: if you create an account we store your name, email address and order history so you can log in and view your orders.

Contact: if you email us, use the contact form or message us on WhatsApp, we process your name, contact details and the content of your message to answer you.

B2B enquiries: company name and contact details, to follow up your dealer request.

Newsletter: your email address, only if you sign up. Every mailing contains an unsubscribe link.

Website analytics and advertising: with your consent we use Google Analytics 4, Google Ads and Microsoft Clarity. See our cookie policy for details.

2. Legal bases

Performance of a contract (orders, account, delivery, returns), legal obligation (Dutch tax law requires us to keep order records for 7 years), legitimate interest (answering enquiries, fraud prevention) and consent (analytics, advertising cookies, newsletter). You can withdraw consent at any time.

3. Who receives your data

Payment: Mollie B.V. (Amsterdam, NL) processes your payment; we never see or store your full payment details.

Delivery: carriers such as FedEx and EU parcel services receive your name, address and, where needed, phone number to deliver your parcel.

IT: our webshop runs on WooCommerce/WordPress hosting and Vercel (site delivery). Email is handled by our email providers.

Analytics/advertising (only after consent): Google (Analytics, Ads) and Microsoft (Clarity).

We never sell your personal data. All processors are bound by data processing agreements.

4. Transfers outside the EU

Google, Microsoft and Vercel may process data in the United States. These transfers rely on the EU–US Data Privacy Framework and/or EU Standard Contractual Clauses.

5. Retention

Order and invoice data: 7 years (Dutch tax law). Account data: until you delete your account. Contact messages: as long as needed to handle your question. Newsletter: until you unsubscribe. Analytics data: see the cookie policy for cookie lifetimes.

6. Your rights

You have the right to access, rectify and erase your data, to restrict or object to processing, to data portability and to withdraw consent. Email info@glogglz.eu and we will respond within one month. You can also complain to the Dutch Data Protection Authority (Autoriteit Persoonsgegevens) or the supervisory authority in your own EU country.

7. Security

The site uses TLS encryption (https). Access to personal data is limited to what is needed to run the shop. Payments are handled entirely by Mollie's secure environment.

8. Changes

We may update this policy, for example when we change service providers. The current version is always on this page.
