1. Prices and payment

All prices include VAT. Obvious pricing errors do not bind us. Payment is processed securely by Mollie; we accept iDEAL, Visa, Mastercard, PayPal and the other methods shown at checkout. Your order is processed once payment is confirmed.

2. Delivery

Shipping is free within the EU. Rates and indicative delivery times for other destinations (UK, Switzerland/Norway, US/Canada, rest of world via FedEx) are listed on the Shipping & returns page. Orders placed on business days before 15:00 CET are usually dispatched the same day, subject to stock. Delivery times are indicative; if delivery is substantially delayed you may cancel the order and receive a full refund.

For deliveries outside the EU, import duties or local taxes may apply; these are payable by the customer.

3. Right of withdrawal (30 days)

As a consumer you may cancel your purchase within 30 days of receipt without giving a reason — more than the 14 days required by EU law. Notify us at info@glogglz.eu and return the item unused, undamaged and in its original packaging. We refund the full purchase price including standard delivery costs within 14 days of receiving the return (or proof of return shipment). 4. Warranty

All Glogglz products carry a 1-year warranty on manufacturing defects. This does not cover normal wear, scratches from use, or loss.

This warranty is in addition to — and never limits — your statutory rights as an EU consumer: you are always entitled to a product that conforms to the contract (legal conformity guarantee of at least two years in most EU countries).

5. Complaints and disputes

Complaints? Email info@glogglz.eu or message us on WhatsApp; we respond within a few business days. If we cannot resolve the issue together, you can submit your complaint via the EU Online Dispute Resolution platform (ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr).

6. Liability

Nothing in these terms limits our liability where it cannot be limited by law. Use sports eyewear as intended; it is protective equipment, not a substitute for common sense on the water.

7. Applicable law

Dutch law applies. If you are a consumer in another EU country, you also keep the protection of the mandatory consumer rules of your own country.
