2. Products & Availability
Glogglz specializes in high-quality sports sunglasses and ski goggles.
- All products are new, carefully inspected, and comply with EU safety regulations.
- Product details, availability, and pricing are subject to change without prior notice.
3. Ordering & Agreement Formation
- A contract is established once a customer places an order and Glogglz confirms acceptance via email.
- Orders may be refused or canceled in cases of pricing errors, fraud suspicion, or stock unavailability.

5. Shipping & Delivery

Glogglz is not responsible for delays caused by customs clearance, courier issues, or force majeure.
6. Returns & Refunds
6.1 Return Process
Customers may return products within 14 days of receipt under the following conditions:
- Products must be unused, in original packaging, and undamaged.
- Returns must be processed via our Online Return Portal.
- Customers must pay for the return label via the portal.
6.2 Return Costs
- A €2 return fee is applied to discourage unnecessary returns and reduce environmental impact.
- If the product is defective or incorrectly delivered, return shipping is free.
6.3 Refunds
- Refunds are processed within 14 days after receiving and inspecting the returned product.
- Customers receive the full product price + return shipping cost, minus the €2 return fee (unless the item is defective).
7. Warranty & Complaints
- A legal warranty applies to all products, meaning they must meet reasonable expectations.
- If a product is defective upon arrival, customers must report it within 48 hours for a replacement or refund.
