1. Shipping Information

• Free shipping within the EU on all orders – no minimum purchase required.
• Delivery time: 1–4 business days depending on your country.
• Orders placed before 17:00 (NL time) are shipped the same day.
• Local pickup in Mijdrecht (NL): Receive €5 discount at checkout.
• International zones: We ship worldwide. Shipping costs are calculated at checkout.

2. 30-Day Free Returns

Changed your mind? No worries. You can return your order within 30 days of delivery.

Return conditions:

• The product must be in original condition, unused, and preferably in its original packaging.
• The return must be initiated within 30 days after receipt.
• No custom or personalized items can be returned.

No return costs apply. You’ll receive a free return label through our return portal.

3. How to Return an Item

Steps:

1. Go to the return portal and enter your order number.
2. Select the item(s) to return and choose a reason (optional).
3. Download your prepaid return label and send the package back.
4. Once received and approved, your refund will be processed.

4. Refunds

• Refunds are issued within 5–10 business days after we receive your return.
• The refund includes the full purchase amount.
• Shipping fees (if any) are non-refundable unless the return is due to a defect.
• Refunds are credited to your original payment method.

5. Defective or Incorrect Items

• Received a damaged or wrong item? Please contact us within 48 hours.
• Send a clear photo of the issue, and we’ll provide a replacement or full refund – including shipping.

6. Non-Returnable Items

• Used or damaged items (unless faulty upon arrival).
• Custom-made or personalized items.
• Products marked as “final sale” or “non-returnable.”
